I've been working on a podcast / YouTube channel where I interview software professionals that I admire about their careers, the things they've learned along the way, and their hopes and visions for the future.

It's available in both video and audio formats and distributed on major podcasting platforms. (Spotify, Google and, apple)

Audio: https://anchor.fm/lgtm-shipit (or search LGTM shipit and I'll hopefully come up)

We talk about Career management, how to deal with burnout, imposter syndrome, how to become a better engineer, what influences our decisions when planning software architecture... and wherever the discussions lead.

I had some great feedback and responses from HN about 3 weeks back when I mentioned it in a nested comment reply. I had just published my 7 minutes intro piece and was blown away by the support and encouragement I got from ya'll.

Now that I'm up to near 10 hours content. I thought it was an appropriate time to post a show-hn. I've addressed a fair amount of the low-hanging fruit from the last round of feedback. There's enough content for people to get a better sense of the show's intentions.

I'd love to get more feedback from the HN community and hopefully cross into the 100 subscribers range so I can get the branded-url version of the YouTube channel name.

I'd be so grateful if you took the time to check it out and let me know your thoughts.

Thanks! - Alex
