i have a meta question if you care to entertain it: you seem to have improved your strategic timing from "do X too early" to "do X exactly at peak relevance" over the past decade. as the saying goes, in startups most failed ventures are too early rather than wrong.
Are there any lessons or principles that have helped you to master timing? or is it just a function of having a better network over time telling you things?
