We signed up to Digital Ocean using our Github account.
A few days later we upgraded our Github account to the Team plan, and now we can no longer sign in to Digital Ocean via OAuth (the original account is now an organisation, not a user you can sign in with)
We've reached out to DO support several times via email and Twitter and they've been unresponsive, and now I look like an idiot for recommending them.
I just thought I'd post here on the off chance that someone has encountered the same issue or can offer me any advice on how to get this resolved?
Thanks, and feel free to laugh at me :D

You don't. You hit an edge case in authentication and it's on DO support to resolve. It's not your fault and serious management should recognise this. It could happen with any service.

The lesson is the consequences of taking on dependencies.
You might also try contacting Github customer service.
They have probably seen this before.
Good luck.
