In the vein of Fathom and Plausible analytics is there any non-tracking email newsletter subscription manager and sender that isn't riddled with tracking codes?

I realise there are solutions like SES out there, but really looking for something that can manage subscribers and help create the emails, and I'd rather do it in a way that doesn't invade any privacy.
