Longer answer: The industry itself (not Uber alone) may help the demise of the dining out experience, but you still need profitable restaurants to keep this secondary business alive. Perhaps kitchens will just be that, kitchens. Fewer employees, no wait staff, greeters, etc. Less rental space needed if the kitchen isn't catering to a dining experience. The restaurants-now-kitchens may even be more profitable that way.
