  Hi all, solo founder of Shuffleboard here.

  Basically my philosophy on synchronous meetings is

  1) they should happen as little as possible, especially in remote teams

  2) when they do need to happen, they should be structured and timed, and everyone should be able to contribute without having to unmute.

  Congratulations on the launch. Diving in and this looks really great! I'll give more feedback after giving it a go with my coworkers. I love how you documented the journey of building this via livestreaming. Your videos are also quite informative and much appreciated.
