We started developing Type Studio because we were annoyed by how over engineered many video editors are.

Our approach is to edit a video based on the transcribed text. So we match each transcribed word with the video sequence. If you delete a word or sentence, the corresponding video sequence is cut out. If nobody is talking, pauses are represented by dots which can also be edited. The whole application runs in the browser.

The goal is to make video editing easier and faster. Of course this is only suitable for videos that include some kind of speech.

Cool, reminds me of descript (https://youtu.be/Bl9wqNe5J8U?t=56). I personally, wouldn't care if it run in the browser or on my mac as long as it works.

This looks cool! We always struggle to find a simple editor for demo videos for our product. Will definitely try this out.

You are really bringing this to the next level. Love how easy it is to use the product.
