Our company has an operations team and a development team. The teams work together in the sense that operations comes up with user stories and development picks them up and tries to implement them as operations desires. One of the big problems we run into as a company, is that when we finally implemented the sometimes complicated new features, operations doesn't know how to use them or how to configure them. This leads to a lot of questions coming from operations and development wastes a lot of time answering the same questions. We currently use Azure DevOps to track everything.
