Ask HN: What frustrates you when searching for a remote job?

Wondering specifically about the search process (not applying and interviewing).

    Trying to find jobs that don't just allow work-from-home, but fully global work-from-anywhere.

    Too many "remote jobs" seem to prefer that you live at least in the same country, if not the same city.
