We're at 25 employees. Prod/Eng documentation, ticket, sprint, etc. planning is a well-oiled machine, using confluence/jira as the back-end. A number of other point solutions (e.g. Gusto for HR) are in place and work fine. But quite a few broader team things - including marketing updates, roadmap reviews, culture discussions, are ad hoc, and the deliverables hard to follow up on, or at least siloed in various people's personal to-do systems. Or get lost in slack. Even the systematized things, e.g. weekly metrics reviews, are a bit too document-based, or was a more meeting-based culture before covid. WFH during covid is obviously putting increased pressure on these practices overall.
We're doing an internal review and looking for best practices. What works well for you?
