  If you only allow cured people to work, you could end up with poorer people trying to get the disease in the wish to cure from it and be able to work.

  People with antibodies could even temporarily earn more than others, since they'd be able to work without restrictions.

  This could be a giant experiment on wether we can function as a society working much less. A experiment that we'd be forced to make on an immense scale at the same time and across too many segments of the economy unfortunately.
