Think about you lost your all production and deployment servers, all your infrastructure, but you have latest DB, storage backups, code etc. How much time do you need to setup your project from scratch to get back live again?
For example I can setup my simple SaaS side project in ~40 minutes.
Also how about big compaines? Like Google or Facebook? Any guess how much time they need to recover?
