I'm looking for an application / web interface where I can plan my daily task for our designers. I do see a lot of full fledged applications but they all seem to get one small thing wrong which I'm really looking for. I want to have a direct overview of all our designers and how booked they are.

Let me explain what the application would look like. On top we have the names, and on the left side you see the time (starting at 08:00 till 17:00) and then underneath the name you'll be able to drag a timeslot and add a comment (projectname or something similar). This will be directly visible for everyone looking at the website (tool). So our project managers can see, oh X's booked lets ask Y to fix it.

The main thing is, it should show it hourly, since we have a quick turn around of projects per day. And if we can have (further down) the next day (some projects will take more than 8 hours of course) it's an absolute plus.

Does anyone have such a tool? Is anyone aware of such a web interface?
