I'm not the original poster, but I have to agree.
As a developer, dealing with assets in iOS is a huge pain. Designers typically rename their assets when asked for changes -- and then I have a dilemma. Do I just drag the new assets into Xcode and change the references, or do I go through the mind-numbing process of finding the old references, delete those, rename the new assets and then drop them in?
Which of the above 2 processes allow me to get back to actually coding?
In either case, there is an element of laziness involved. One is with the graphic designers. The other is with me.
I don't want to point a finger, but dammit, I'm sorely inclined to.
