I am an experienced Rails developer, and I recently launched a service[1] targeted at non-techie business owners to help them increase their revenue by building new products. The issue I am running into is that there isn't a niche for "people that want to launch a new product that don't know they want to launch a new product yet". So it is hard to target.

Right now I am doing cold email, direct sales. As you can imagine, the response rate is very low -- not only because it is a cold email, but also because I am essentially creating a new market.

What you need to do is: - Land at least 1 sale, with no spend. - Help me build a repeatable process that will allow me to land more sales without you. - The 2nd point has to be proven by you supervising me land a 2nd sale using that same process.

In exchange, I am prepared to offer you either: - Development services equal to the value of 1 sale (sales start at $15K+). - A fully developed MVP, where we both agree on a reasonable feature set to help prove your hypothesis. I have a lot of experience building MVPs, so I can help you with this.

The only caveat is that I don't do mobile apps, so it has to be a web app. Also, I won't come out of pocket for any expenses related to the development of your MVP (aka buying a template or paying for any on-demand services we need -- AWS, Heroku, etc.).

I am reasonable if you are reasonable.

I have experience building marketplaces[2][3], and many other types of web apps that do all sorts of third-party API integrations (from Stripe, Github, StackOverflow, Twitter, etc.). In general I have a decent amount of product (MVP) experience.
